About the platters' size and how many people they can serve:
To help you chosing the platter's size we have created two options of "Kits Iniciantes". You can check the description and analyse te suggestions to serve 1 to 10 people. It's important to keep in mind these kits were created based on our costumers' experience on their job. You need to test and adapt the sizes and models according to the items you use.
The materials we have:
We work with two different MDF thickness. 3mm is laminated in white at one side, and the back side is raw. 6mm is laminated at the both sides and there are three different colors available: woody, black and white. These both options are non-toxic, you can put the items directly on the plattes.
